Could this actually happen?

Yesterday David Bakhtiari went onto the Bussin With The Boys Podcast and gave some interesting takes regarding the Aaron Rodgers situation and the Packers in general.
First off he starts off talking about the state of the Packers heading into 2023.
“The Packers are rebuilding whether you think so or not. Could they be good? I don’t know. Could they be bad? Probably if you’re betting more people are going to think they are going to be bad than good. Right? Is that fair to say?”
Well. David Bakhtiari doesn’t sound super optimistic about the Packers chances of being a good team in 2023. He doesn’t know if they’ll be good.
I guess that is how lots of us fans feel because while I do think the Packers could be better than some think, we still don’t know how things are going to go in 2023 when Jordan Love takes over.
And while he doesn’t fully say they will be bad he seems to side with the general public regarding the idea that it is more likely for them to be bad than good in 2023. I just think it’s interesting that one of the main leaders on the team would come out and say it just like that.
Also maybe this means absolutely nothing but why does he keep referring to the Packers as they and not we? Maybe it’s nothing but it caught my attention. Is it possible he doesn’t plan on playing for the Packers in 23 or wants to get traded at some point? Again maybe I’m reading into it too much, but that’s a question I asked myself after reading this.
He then goes on and says this,
“So then they’ll be like well we’re going to suck anyways. We want what we want and we’re not going to bend to anyone so we’ll just eat it. You can stay and retire. We’ll pay you. We don’t care because if we’re going to do it our way it’s going to be on our terms, if not, what are we going to be super bowl contenders anyways? So we’ll eat it you can hang on the side. We’ll pay you your money and we’ll suck anyways, get the picks, as compared to dealing him for something that you shouldn’t have.”
Bakhtiari is saying that if the Jets don’t offer what the Packers feel is enough for Rodgers they could just pay Rodgers and not trade him. He went on to say that basically if they are going to be rebuilding anyways Brian Gutekunst could decide he will only take what he thinks is a good offer, and if the Jets aren’t willing to pony up what the Packers want they could just not trade Rodgers and basically pay him not to play in 2023. When asked if he thought it was possible for for Rodgers to play for the Packers he said that ship has sailed and that the Packers have already given the keys to Jordan Love.
Bakhtiari went on to say that he doesn’t think it will come to that.
“I don’t think it’d get that contentious. I do think they’ll probably come to an agreement. He’ll get traded, they’ll get what they want and then time will probably say who won.”
I agree that a trade is almost guaranteed to happen. I think that the Jets will eventually cave to the Packers demands. I don’t think the Jets actually think the Packers would be willing to do that.
If the Packers are then the Jets could end up caving at the last moment because they have acted like Rodgers on the Jets is a given. Jets fans will lose it if Rodgers doesn’t end up on the Jets in 2023. The Packers have before week 1 to exercise Rodgers 58 million option and if something hasn’t happened as we get closer to that day I think the Jets will cave. Sure the Packers wouldn’t get 2023 picks but they could get capital for 2024.
